Mario Walker, President
Mario Walker’s– President and Co-Founder of Linwalk Creative Solutions. Mario has more than 19 years of experience working in social welfare, mental health systems, program development in many diverse communities. Mario’s career experiences also include serving as VP of an international magazine and Executive Director of non-profits and faith-based organizations.
Mario has experience working in small private held businesses, family-owned businesses, and corporations. In addition, he has experience in life, business, and executive coaching, succession planning and change management, public speaking, and a facilitator for courthouse programs.
His academic achievement includes a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design from Tennessee State University with a concentration in Psychology. He also has several professional development certificates.
Vice President of Human Resources and Affairs
Quiana Walker – Co-founder of Linwalk Creative Solutions, serves as VP of Human Resources. In her role as VP of Human Resources, she provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organizations regarding its human resources. She also provides consultation to the President and management on strategic staffing plans, training and development, and labor relations. She is also responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.
Her academic achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Memphis and a Master’s degree in Instructional Design from Troy University.

Vice President of Programs and Services
John Parks - VP of Program and Services for Linwalk Creative Solutions, has spent over 35 years in developing business strategy and organizational transformation. He has worked for three (3) Fortune 500 companies in high-speed manufacturing and in non-profit organizations. He specializes in developing corporate strategy, restructuring, learning & development models, and productivity improvement. During his career, he has managed over 3,000 employees, operating budgets totaling over 500 million dollars annually, and assets totaling over 1.5 billion dollars annually. During this timeframe, he has reduced operating costs by over $125 million. He retired from corporate America in 2007 to pursue his own personal career interests.
John C. Parks’ educational excellence includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University, a Master of Business Degree from Wake Forest University of Winston Salem, NC, and Executive Program in Strategy and Organization from Stanford University.
He founded John C. Parks, LLC, in 2007 which consist of three business divisions assisting a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurs to large corporations, academic institutions, non-profits, and companies/corporations on an international basis. As the author of five books and three pending patents, John C. Parks, with over 40 years of pastoral service has proven leadership in transforming churches for progressive growth and state of the art ministry. Executive Director of Networks and Services
Michael attended Memphis State University, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1984.
He began his distinguished career in 1984 with South Central Bell as an Outside Plant Engineer, Nashville TN. Michael accepted the position of District Loop Electronics Coordinator from 1992 – 1995 with BellSouth Telecommunications, Jackson, TN.
From 1995 through 2001 he was District Manager in Outside Plant Engineering Design Systems in Atlanta, GA. In 2001, Michael accepted the position of District Manager, Outside Plant Records Maintenance Center in Atlanta. He has served as District Manager - Outside Plant Tax Annexation Center as well as District Manager, GIS Business Solutions both in Atlanta, GA.
He arrived in New Orleans on September 15, 2005 as part of the BellSouth Emergency Control Center Hurricane Leadership Augmentation Team. After stabilizing the Westbank/Houma and Northshore areas, he assumed responsibility for restoring the remaining devastated areas in the Metro portion of the South Louisiana District.
In 2007, Michael represented AT&T as a speaker at the Tulane University 2007 Engineering Forum and also represented AT&T as a Youth Motivation Task Force speaker at Xavier University of Louisiana.
After completing the historic task of rebuilding the infrastructure in New Orleans from 2005 – 2008 post Hurricane Katrina and Rita, serving as General Manager, Planning/Design/Construction (New Orleans, LA), he accepted the position of General Manager, Network Customer Service Center (Atlanta, GA) 2008 in the Southeast Region. In May 2009, he accepted the position of General Manager Network Customer Service Center (Atlanta, GA) to head the National OSPRRC/LAC - Centers of Excellence.
Michael transitioned to AT&T Mobility in 2011 and served and International General Manger for Mobility customer complaints and resolutions. In this role, he led a team consisting of personnel from Bangalore India, Czech Republic and the United States.
He retired in the spring of 2015 from AT&T, and after a short break, Michael is currently serving as Executive Director of Networks and Services for Linwalk Creative Solutions (LWCS).

Kimberly Williams brings 30 years of accounting knowledge, encompassing finance, Payroll, and tax accounting experience. In her role as VP of Accounting for Linwalk Creative Solutions, she oversees accounting, budgeting, and state and federal taxes. In addition, she works closely with the President to ensure accounting processes and financial reporting align with overall company goals and growth trajectories.
Her academic achievement includes a Bachelor in Business Management with an emphasis in Payroll. Kimberly has experience as an accountant for various size companies and government entities. In 2013, she founded Kay's Payroll and Tax Service, which assists a wide range of clients from entrepreneurs, business owners, and companies.
Kimberly is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Certified Payroll Professionals, Black CEO, and Blackmaster Minds organizations.
Project & Administration Coordinator
Cheslee Shelton - a native of Decatur, GA brings a wealth of experience within the educational and social services realm to her role as Project Coordinator and Administrative Support for Linwalk Creative Solutions where she manages and oversees approval for all projects. In addition to being an alumnae of Western Kentucky University earning a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast News and a minor in Theater, Chelsea also earned a certificate in Social Media Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
Cheslee has devoted herself to the important world of the Arts as she has been an educator for Museum School of Avondale Estates as the Middle School Drama teacher for the past nine years.
Cheslee has also successfully managed and trained staff at Camp Scene Environmental Adventures as one of the lead educators for the summer and afterschool programs were the focus was to help children learn about environmental science through inquiry and project-based learning. Away from her career,Cheslee devotes time to the Dream Center Church ATL as a volunteer on two fronts: First, serving on the Outreach Team where services that help uplift the South Dekalb community are provided and Second, lending her talents as one of the lead Media Team members for the Dream Center Church which broadcasts weekly on content platforms such as YouTube and Facebook.
